Terms and Conditions:

- Speech: Topic: “Role of Youth in development of Tharparkar” (English, Urdu, Sindhi) 3 to 5 minutes
- Singing: Any song on Harmonium (Song must be remembered)
- Debate: Topic: “Art leads the world or science”
- Scientific Model Exhibition:  Any scientific Model which exhibits
- Theater: At any theme time limit 7 minutes
- Photography: Must have DSLR, would cover photography of event and finally present in USB
- Dance: At any song, time limit 5 minutes
- Traditional Art and Craft: Must be displayed as an on a stall having colorful touch of culture.
- Talent Hunt Competition: (Single entry acting, news reading, mimic or any innovation)
- Art/Drawing/Sketches Competition: would be made their, bring all things altogether including sheets/colors/brushes etcetera. 

Note: There will be three cash prizes for each category.
1st Prize: Rs. 15000/-
2nd Prize: Rs.10000/-
3rd Prize: Rs. 5000/-

1.      NAME OF SOCIETY:

·         The name of the society shall be as:-
“HEALTH EDUCATION AWARENESS REFORMS SOCIETY”  here in after called the society.

2.      ADDRESS OF THE SOCIETY:

·         The head office of the said society shall be at Maghwar Muhallah near bypass Road PO. Mithi district Tharparkar Sindh.

3.      AIMS & OBJECTS:

·         To formed new, or strengthen existing, community-based organizations which enable equitable participation by all members of the community in activities that promote better health, education, access to basic services and other such relevant processes with the aim of enhancing knowledge, capacity and productivity.
·         Provide empowerment training; promote public interest, support, appreciation and quality of education and health.

·         To establish libraries and reading rooms in order to support the environment of learning for every age of life.
·         Advocacy about the rights of:
§  Religious minorities
§  Women
§  Children
§  Marginalized communities
§  Socio-economics & Political

·         Awareness campaigning  about:
§  Cultural Heritage
§  Religious Harmony
§  Stability of peace
§  Promotion of youth
