Concept Paper On Vocational and
Technical Institute
Introduction:
Tharparkar is the 10 largest desert
of world where people are deprived from very basic rights. Hears is lobbying
about the rights of individuals and youth of district Tharparkar. Now after the
Thar coal project opportunity can be raised for Thari youth, but unfortunately
as already it was discussed that due to low literacy rate and lack of proper
vocational training youth of district Tharparkar is suffering from
unemployment. Hears believe that if vocational training had not provided to
local youth than they can again deprived from the opportunity at Thar coal
project. There is a dire need of vocational training center at Tharparkar and
Hears nonprofit organization which is working for the promotion of health and
education faculties. Organization keen interest in vocational and technical
institute for youth of Tharparkar.
Objectives:
A vocational objective is a goal that you have set concerning
the type of career you wish to pursue or job you want to obtain. People often
include a vocational object on a professional resume that they are structuring
towards a specific career or field of employment. HEARS aims is to provide
technical and technical institute which enable them for employment opportunities.
