a)     Before filling this application form, please ensure that your organization is eligible for accessing funds under the Ambassador’s Fund Program and the activities/project you are proposing is in line with USAID’s thematic areas/sectoral priorities;
b)    Provide complete information including supporting documents like Bill of Quantities (BOQs) & cost estimates (where applicable), NOCs & Letter of Commitments (if required) from concerned line departments and other stakeholders. Incomplete applications will not be processed further;
